Guide on how to transfer a movie to itouch with iPod to PC Transfer:

Things you'll need to prepare:

• iPod touch and movies(MOV or MP4 format).
• Free download the trial version and install it to PC.

Step 1: Run iPod to PC transfer

After you have connected your iPod tocuh to PC, run the 4Media iPod to PC Transfer. The information about your iPod touch will be displayed, including type, capacity, version, serial number, and format, will be shown on the main interface.
(NOTE: if the 4Media iPod to PC Transfer didn't find your iPod, you can re-connect your iPod to PC.)

Step 2: Choose the movies on your local PC hard disk

Choose the movies from your PC folder. You can Click the "Add files to iPod or iPhone" button, and choose the" Add Files to List "option that the button shows, and then locate the required files to your iPod/iPhone.
